MATSEC Access Arrangements

The completed forms must be presented at the MATSEC Office, the University of Malta, or at the Gozo Examinations Centre.

Late applications for Examination Access Arrangements will only be accepted with late registrations at the MATSEC Office or at the Gozo Examinations Centre. Late fees will apply.

Applications for Examination Access Arrangements beyond the late entries will be accepted. Very late fees will apply.

EDEXCEL/AQA Access Arrangements

If you require an application for a candidate with physical disabilities, please fill in this form.

If you require an application for a candidate with learning difficulties, please download this document. This application has to be accompanied by a filled Personal Data Consent from Examination Candidate Form.

The form needs to be filled in as follows:

Parts 1 and 3 need to be filled, signed and endorsed by the school. Part 2 needs to be filled, signed and endorsed by a specialist.

There is also another Form 9 which must only be used for:

• candidates with communication and interaction needs
• candidates with a medical condition (formally diagnosed by a registered specialist)
• candidates with sensory and/or physical needs
• candidates with social, emotional and mental healthy needs
• candidates with speech, language and communication needs
• candidates with learning difficulties who require a computer reader/reader but do not require extra time or a scribe
• all candidates requiring supervised rest breaks
• all candidates requiring extra time only

The completed form must be sent by email to Ms Raiza Pisani on raiza.mizzi@gov.mt by not later than 9th August 2024. Late applications for Examination Access Arrangements will not be accepted with late registrations for October/November examination session.
