Whenever a certificate is lost, an individual who has sat for an examination in Malta or Gozo can fill in the form to apply for a Provisional Certificate. The service applies for these examination boards:

The Registrar of Examinations, together with the Armed Forces of Malta (AFM), invites applications for the enlistment of soldiers to serve in the Regular Force of the Armed Forces of Malta.

Following the implementation of revised procedures and enhanced security protocols, the Department of Examinations would like to inform all prospective candidates that, as of January 2026, it will not accommodate any clashes between Edexcel/Foreign examinations and MATSEC examinations.
Prospective candidates are kindly advised to carefully refer to the relevant official timetables on https://myexams.gov.mt/timetables/ prior to registration.
Applications for October/November 2026 session will be accepted ONLINE from Monday 20th July to Monday 27th July 2026.
*Requests for any additional/cancellations/amendments will be accepted by email at raiza.mizzi@gov.mt between the 30th and 31st July 2026
Late Registrations will be accepted ONLINE between the 7th and 10th August 2026. Late fees (double subject fee) apply.
Very Late Registrations will be accepted ONLINE between the 21st and 24th August 2026. Late fees (triple subject fee) will apply.

Candidates who sat for AQA and Edexcel examinations in May/June 2026 session will receive their results by mail starting from:

The next Authorisation A and B examination session is scheduled for January/February 2027, with applications opening in November 2026.

The Expression of Interest to provide Invigilation Services at Examination Centres in Malta and/or Gozo is currently closed and will reopen on 1st October 2026.
